Personal Statement
Focusing is op mijn pad gekomen tijdens mijn persoonlijke zoektocht. De meerwaarde die het mij gebracht heeft inspireert me om het door te geven aan anderen. Als Psychotherapeute maakt Focusing deel uit van mijn houding naar en begeleiding van mijn cliënten. In mijn supervisies “infecteer” ik graag collega’s met het Focusing-virus.
Focusing is voor mij een manier om mijn innerlijke krachtbronnen aan te spreken en gegrond aanwezig te kunnen zijn bij mezelf en de andere.
Mijn opleiding (en inspiratie) in Focusing en FOT kreeg ik van Mathias Dekeyser, Mia Leijssen, Greg Madison, Claude Missiaen, Astrid Schillings, Katrijn Van Loock,…
