​A new YouTube channel called “Focusing Oriented Therapies” is now being launched. (FocusingOrientedTherapies). The channel will host a far-ranging collection of videos showing the variety of approaches to FOT and the diversity of its international community. Please check it out and subscribe, hit the notifications button, share the channel with friends and colleagues.
​We hope the channel will be enormously helpful for:
- ​Demonstrating how Focusing can inform and transform the therapeutic process.
- ​Gathering Gendlin’s presentations, especially about therapy.
- ​Showing the great usefulness of Focusing ideas and skills for therapists from all traditions.
- ​Providing video resources for therapists, clients, teachers and supervisors.
- ​Facilitating current conversations between FOTs and dialogues with therapists of other orientations.
- ​Inspiring the creation of more videos to be shared with a large, international, diverse audience.
