Personal Statement

I teach and train therapists to use Focusing in their sessions.
Focusing has been at the center of my life since 1973. It has helped me find meaning and given me a direction towards more right living, more life energy, and more peace. Because Focusing has been so important in my own life, my therapy, my teaching, and my supervision of therapists this work is tremendously rewarding.

I have offered Focusing training and supervision in many countries around the world.
