This year’s theme is “FOT – Taking its place in the world of psychotherapy.” For twenty years, a revolution has been occurring in the field of psychotherapy. A new generation of leaders in the field, armed with the latest discoveries in neuroscience, are saying that therapists must go beyond thoughts and insights to change the very way the client’s body is reacting to the world around them.
